It is Pool Registration Time for the 2024 Season!

The pool will open on Saturday, May 25th at Noon. Weekdays through June 13th, the pool will open at 3:00 pm (Noon on the weekend). Starting June 14th, it will open every day from Noon – 9:00 pm.  The pool will officially close on Labor Day, Monday, September 2nd.

Pavilion Rental

Due to high demand, we are temporarily NOT accepting any NEW reservations until further notice. Previously sent Pavilion requests have been recorded by date and No dates are guaranteed at this point. If you previously sent a request, we will reach out to you the third week of May to schedule and confirm.; but we can not complete contracts until 2nd week of May after we finalize the Master Wynnewood calendar. Wynnewood Warriors – 2024 Swim Team Info

Online registration will open March 15 and run through April 30. Late registration will be open May 1-31. No registrations will be accepted after May 31.

Returning swimmers: we have a basic calendar on Swimtopia if you’d like to get dates for summer planning. You will get a reminder email on March 15 when registration opens.

New swimmers: our team welcomes any swimmer aged 5-18 to join the team. No prior swim team experience is necessary, nor is a knowledge of the strokes. Your swimmer should know how to swim independently and be able to make it across one length of the pool. In addition, swimmers and their families must be members of Wynnewood Pool, as per CMSL regulations. We swim M-F with Saturday meets during June and July. Pool Membership Registration

By registering for Wynnewood Pool membership, you are certifying that all members for whom you are requesting badges meet the eligibility requirements outlined below:

  • Members must live in the home of the primary member. If a listed member is over the age of 21, please submit proof of residency with your application. Maximum of 8 members on each membership.********Wynnewood Pool reserves the right to request documentation at any time and the board reserves the right of refusal.********
  • You may list your children who live with you part-time due to divorce situations.  You may list children of whom you have custody.  You may NOT list daycare children for whom you provide care.

New Members: Heather will send you your login information for our Wynnewood Pool website after submitting your preliminary application to her so that you can upload pictures and pay for your membership and badges.

Returning Members: Please reuse badges from last season if you have them. You do not need to buy new badges every year anymore.

Plan accordingly: A late fee of $25 will be applied at check out for returning members after April 30th.

  3. Enter your email and password to log in (use forgot username/password link under the login button if needed)
  4. After logging in please review your account page to be sure no updates are needed. All members must have a photo uploaded. If you need to add a member or babysitter for this season please reach out to us at Wynnewoodpool@gmail.com so we can handle that for you.
  5. Click “make a payment” under the payment tab in the blue bar
  6. Select membership type and # of badges if you need them and check out. If paying by check, please mail or drop it off in the mailbox at 5712 Oakland Road, attn: Heather Krach with your account number noted.
  7. If anyone orders badges you can pick those up at the front desk of the pool after opening day

2024 Dues

SUPPORTING MEMBERS who currently hold a bond:

Fee – $500

New Supporting members will need to purchase a bond for $500, plus $500 dues the first year. Then, just the membership fee in subsequent years.

SENIOR SUPPORTING MEMBERS (those that have held a bond for 25 or more years with no one else living at the home)

Fee – 2 Adults:  $210                                   Single:  $105

SENIOR SUPPORTING MEMBERS who have reached the age of 67 by May 1 of the current year.  Proof of age is required.  Must have a bond but the number of years does not matter.  Must only be the senior member and/or spouse living in the home.

Fee –  2 Adults:  $210                                   Single: $105

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS: No bond purchase is necessary.

Fee –  $700

***Anyone listed on your application who does not qualify for membership will be just cause for immediate nullification of your membership***

–  BABYSITTER PASSES: Working parents may be eligible for one “Babysitter Pass” (when both parents work) that can be used by your babysitter to accompany your young children to the pool if they are in their care. However, this “Babysitter Pass” MAY NOT BE USED when parents accompany their children to the pool.  This will be issued only to families who have children under fourteen and where both parents work.  Please list the sitter on your application and provide their name, and picture, and include $2.50 for their badge. Additionally, please be advised that there is no provision made for daycare children if a member provides daycare in their home – they will need to be paid for as guests.

*BADGE REQUIREMENTS:  If you have badges from last year, please use them. Otherwise, purchase badges when you renew online. Pick up badges at the pool office on or after opening day.  All members using the pool and its facilities are required to have an identification badge. You can give your name at the gate if you forget your badge on a visit.  Individual badges will be issued to those regularly residing in members’ homes.  The cost is $2.50 each.

SUPPORTING MEMBERS ONLY- FREE GUEST PASSES. Supporting members only are allocated 12 free guest passes each year. These uses are noted in the members’ account online and are not an actual paper pass. more than 6 can be used at one time. You are unable to use these on holidays. Please pay for your guests as appropriate otherwise.

Guest Fees:  $10.00/weekdays; $10.00/weekends and holidays. No free supporting guest passes can be used on holidays. Guests age 2 and under are free. Guest fees will be $5.00 for those entering the pool after 6 pm. Guests will be limited to 10 overall visits per season.

Weekly House Guest Passes – $20.00 House Guests are not limited in their visits to the pool. A houseguest is a visitor in your home (e.g., out-of-town relative/friend)

The events and activities will also be posted on the bulletin board at the pool located at the front office. Also, remember to update your email address on your application to receive social events notices. Check the member Facebook page for this as well.
